Background Development by John Capitano, John C. Hill, & Janice Blaine.  

 The storyboard was done by longtime Disney animator, and my mentor, Chuck Harvey. He has worked on Disney's Robin Hood, Rescuers, Pete's Dragon, Fox & the Hound, The Little Mermaid, Animaniacs and Tiny Toons. He really added a sense of true cartooning, anticipation, and gags to the film.
